NorTech

NorTech, the Northeast Ohio Technology Coalition, is a technology-based economic development organization that represents more than 150 technology leaders from throughout the region on its Board and Advisory Council. The regional technology leaders work together with NorTech to build a vibrant, globally-competitive, innovation driven, technology economy by:

• Leading and nurturing the most promising projects and initiatives to create new industries and a more globally-competitive economy for the benefit of all the citizens in the region.
• Linking and aligning technology and innovation leaders and other resources to create, expand and retain business opportunities in Northeast Ohio.
• Leveraging and investing funding from public & private sources for early-stage, technology-based projects that have potential to significantly leverage that support.

NorTech’s shared vision is to make Northeast Ohio one of the top ten places in the world to Live, Learn, Work and Invest by 2020.

BioEnterprise

BioEnterprise is a business formation, recruitment, and acceleration initiative designed to grow health care companies and commercialize bioscience technologies.  Based in Cleveland, BioEnterprise's founders and partners are The Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University, and Summa Health System.  The initiative comprises the collective activities of BioEnterprise and its partners' commercialization offices:  the Case Office of Technology Transfer, Cleveland Clinic Innovations, University Hospitals Case Medical Center - Center for Clinical Research and Summa Enterprise Group.

Cleveland Plus Marketing Alliance

The Greater Cleveland Marketing Alliance (now known as the Cleveland Plus Marketing Alliance or CPMA) was formed in 2005 with the mission of increasing economic development in Northeast Ohio. The founding members of the CPMA include The Greater Cleveland Partnership, Convention & Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland, and Team NEO.

One of the first objectives of the CPMA was to develop an umbrella marketing campaign. One that would accurately and positively position the region in a way that would be compelling to the critical audiences both inside and outside the region - business leaders, site selectors, meeting planners, leisure travelers and more.

Fund for Our Economic Future

The Fund for Our Economic Future ( "The Fund") unites philanthropy in Northeast Ohio to support economic development initiatives, measure our region's economic performance, and engage and encourage the public and the region's leadership to take actions that support growing our economy.

Greater Cleveland Partnership

The Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP) is a membership association of companies in Northeast Ohio, with approximately 17,700 members. GCP is the largest private-sector economic development organization in Ohio and one of the largest metropolitan chambers of commerce in the nation. 

JumpStart

JumpStart Inc. is a venture development organization that advises, invests in, assists, and accelerates Northeast Ohio's early-stage ideas and companies.

JumpStart solidifies, celebrates, and continually grows Northeast Ohio's position as a nationally significant center for entrepreneurship and innovation.

JumpStart accelerates the growth of innovative early stage businesses and ideas into venture ready companies through providing a continuum of resources to entrepreneurs and the community.

Northeast Ohio Council on Education

The Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education (NOCHE) is the representative body and service organization for the 26 universities and colleges in a 14-county region. NOCHE's core objectives include serving as the recognized advocate for, and preferred information source about, higher education in northeast Ohio; helping member institutions leverage their distinctive intellectual assets in partnership with key employers to build workforce capacity and enhance regional economic development; developing and implementing projects that provide service to member institutions in areas such as professional development, community outreach and the collection and analysis of data and information on regional trends in higher education; helping facilitate research funding and technology transfer within northeast Ohio.

Northeast Ohio Software Association

The Northeast Ohio Software Association (NEOSA) is an industry trade association formed in 1998. NEOSA is a Council of the Greater Cleveland Partnership and COSE, which fully supports the mission and goals of the association.

NEOSA's mission is to foster an environment that will encourage growth and development in the area's information technology-based companies to compete in a global market.

Team NEO

Team NEO markets Northeast Ohio to attract business investment in targeted industry clusters. Team NEO is a joint venture of the largest metro chambers, representing 4 million people in 13 counties.

Team NEO serves as a central resource, informing and serving those considering investment in Northeast Ohio. Team NEO assists companies that want to expand in NEO, move new operations to NEO or need a new location within NEO.
